Job Description

We are looking for senior customer success ensuring that customers are happy with the services they receive from their company. They work closely with sales teams, product developers, etc., to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to meeting customer needs.
Customer success may also be tasked with developing long-term strategies for keeping customers satisfied over time. This might include things like identifying ways to improve existing products or services, creating new offerings that meet customer needs better, etc.
Senior Customer Success Responsibilities:
- Provide product support service to customers, whether on-premises or over the Internet.
- Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Address customer’s complaints, suggestions, and requests.
- Promote the value of the product.
- Helping clients identify and resolve issues that are preventing them from achieving expected results.
- Drive Customer Success outcomes by driving adoption and increasing active usage.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, their future plans, and potential needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through our inbound/outbound channels.
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience (1-3) in customer success.
- Prefer in the IT software industry.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Assertive and able to resolve client issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
