Shomukh Aviation specializes in activities such as Aviation Services, General Sales Agency (GSA), and IATA Accredited Travel and Tourism Agencies is looking for immediate hiring of a dynamic and experienced cross-functional Sales and operations Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join our outstanding team!
**The Sales & Operations Specialist **will have the opportunity to execute our initiatives to drive our tailor-made solutions and offline sales in delivering world-class customer service at Shomukh Travel and Tourism - IATA Accredited Travel Agency.

Responsibilities

This position requires a mix of professional sales skills, knowledge of online travel agencies (OTA), familiarity with issuing tickets in various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), making hotel reservations, and creating different online and offline tourism & holiday packages through our DMCs & B2Bs partners and familiar with IATA BSP system & procedures with a proven track record in overachieving performance targets.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabia travel and tourism market conditions and business culture, with excellent interpersonal, friendly, and customer service skills and an upbeat positive attitude that brings added value to our business.

Main Tasks :

1- Issuance of airline tickets through GDSs

2- Conducting research on the travel and tourism market

3- Organizing and preparing various tourism & tour programs

4- Follow up on reservations and customer service

Requirements

1- Proficiency in the English language

2- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3- Tact in dealing with others.

4- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) for flight reservation and Tourism B2B platforms systems.

5- Excellent skills in information technology, digital solutions, and using Microsoft Office programs.

6- Enjoy and know about countries and their tourist attractions.

4-5 years in the same field.
